Biography

Born in 1961
Graduated from Keio University

His great-uncle is Hidetoshi Kobayashi, who designed Hachioji C.C, Shiga G.C, Aoi C.C, etc., and his father is Mitsuaki Kobayashi, a modern master designer who designed Mizobe C.C, Manju G.C, Kingfields G.C, Uni Tobu G.C, etc. (former president of the Designers Association). He was born into a famous Japanese golf course design family and aspired to become a golf course designer by inheriting their blood.
1987 Founded G-Ken with Mitsuaki Kobayashi and gained experience in designing and supervising more than 20 courses.
With his experience and knowledge, he is not only a design supervisor, but also a supervisor at golf courses.
