Japan Golf Course Designers Association Privacy Policy
The Japan Golf Course Designers Association (hereinafter referred to as "the Association") recognizes the importance of protecting personal information, and in order to live up to the trust of the Association's members and the golf community, the Association will ensure the protection of personal information by implementing the following
- Based on the basic principle that personal information should be handled carefully and appropriately under the principle of respect for the individual's personality, the Association recognizes the safe management of personal information as a social responsibility and strives to protect and manage personal information appropriately.
- JEMAI will ensure the security of its information assets and management systems, and strive to provide safe and enhanced services.
- The Association will not obtain the information it handles by any means that are socially unacceptable or inappropriate.
- The Association will not use the information it handles for any purpose other than legitimate business.
- When the Association indirectly outsources the management of information to a third party, it will protect the information from unauthorized access, falsification, destruction, or leakage by concluding a nondisclosure agreement and requesting supervision and guidance, and will also implement appropriate information protection and management within the Association.

The Association publishes contact information for regular and supporting members who are involved in golf-related business. However, this does not apply to regular members and supporting members who do not wish to be listed.
Regarding other matters, we will not disclose or provide collected personal information to third parties. -

You may request that we add, change, correct, delete, or stop using your personal information as necessary.
